Give each product one job
A portfolio works when each product page answers who the tool is for, what format it uses, what is verified and what happens after a customer chooses it. Avoid a generic store page that makes every product sound interchangeable.
Build a low-friction path
A practical path is article, product explanation, fit check and verified handoff. Keep the first call to action informational when a checkout is not yet approved. Add the live purchase action only after delivery and support have been tested.
- Use one canonical product URL.
- Make format and requirements visible before the handoff.
- Track enquiries and completed handoffs separately.
Choose distribution deliberately
A direct website gives control over the explanation and audience relationship. A marketplace can add discovery but introduces its own fees, rules and customer experience. The two routes can coexist when links and product facts stay consistent.
