Build around problems
Start with the question a real visitor would ask, such as how to track job costs or what to verify before checkout. One strong answer is more useful than a page that chases many unrelated keywords.
Use progressive calls to action
An article can link to a checklist, a related article or a product page. The call to action should match the reader's stage and remain useful if they are not ready to buy.
- Inform: answer and define.
- Evaluate: show inputs, limits and examples.
- Act: provide the approved product or support route.
Learn from real questions
Use Search Console queries, support questions and approved customer research to update the editorial plan. Do not inflate a topic with near-duplicate pages just to publish more URLs.
